Fresh Rock

It is derived from the breeding program Provedo conducted in Don Benito (Badajoz - Spain).

It has a sweet, tang and aromatic flavor. The flesh is crisp and juicy.

The tree is strong and productive yet it has low production and thinning costs. It is easy to prune and grows open.

The fruit is fully colored and roundly shaped. The sides receiving sunlight exhibit a solid color, smooth skin with no browning. The stone is small and attached to the flesh. The fruit has a protruding, flattened head. This variety grows into a very attractive fruit in the sense of its color, size and skin.
